The purpose of this project is to develop and adopt to practice new and innovative methods and forms of vocational guidance in the demanding field of Business Economy, especially for vulnerable groups of people consisting of immigrants, young adult students without any previous professional training or work life experience and students under a threat of exclusion. The objective of these development activities is to create methods, structures and practices that enable better support for the vocational training process as well as guarantee and facilitate a more fluent transition to work life after the training period.
